Sweet n’ Spicy Kung Pao Tofu Triangles


Last week, I had chanced upon a supermarket along Ongpin and I brought home these so called tofu strips (豆腐皮).
I used to remember these were one of my favorite foods back when I was in China. I loved its crispy bite when its simply deep fried, dipped with ketchup.

Below is my cooked version of the tofu strips (豆腐皮) embellished with sesame seeds.
