Late last month I tried to make some faux meat dishes and I came out with these! I was really surprised on how tasty it was. This burger is completely made of brown rice and combined with mushrooms and nuts. Here I made some variations in the dish, it could be served simply with a dip of mayo or the other one wrapped in cabbage which looks more inviting and hearty as it goes well with sweet and sour tomato sauce. I can’t resist adding a touch of red wine to it. Its highly non caloric and could be enjoyed as supper as its not too heavy like normal meat dishes.
