I’ve always been fascinated by great stories written by authors & also movies of love stories containing moving plots of how the characters journey, face & overcome their deepest pain or challenges on life and love, finding the deeper inner meaning in it. Lately, I’ve watched a chinese drama series & I was incited to make a poem version of how I view the road that the characters had to venture to find a piece of the inner feelings in their hearts.
Lies a vast lovely panoramic metropolis called love,
A crimson stained sun illuminates this vast domain,
A melodic atmosphere overflowing with sweetness,
This place of yonder happiness,
Marked by serene crystal lakes,
The place of eternity wrapped in endless dreams,
Touch and seize the lamp of the awakened heart!
Many journey from afar to find this place,
A place surrounded by an ocean of turquoise covered heart’s core,
Many loose their way in the forest of darkness & delusion,
Loosing courage & sinking into the deep swamp of pain & deceptions.
Hold on tightly to your strength and heart of fearlessness,
Let the strong rope of hope raise you up from downfalls,
Face the mist of doubt & hopelessness,
Let the song of truth flow through your heart,
It will guide you all the way through your quest.
